CCM Hardware Service In collaboration with UFS Investment has been registered as a مزود الاستثمار company which is registered under the federal Law of No. (5) of 1985 concerning the civil formalities and its amendments and also the law No. (13) of 2011. Hereinafter called as the “FIRST PARTY",

Customer Name- identity number- Hereinafter called as the “SECOND PARTY”
اسم العميل - رقم الهوية - يُسمى فيما يلي باسم "الطرف الثاني"
Hereby understood, mutually agreed and signed upon the agreement by buying the services of CCM Hardware Service.
بموجب هذا ، يتم فهم الاتفاقية والاتفاق عليها والتوقيع عليها بشكل متبادل من خلال شراء خدمات CCM Hardware Service.
Article 1: (Introduction to the product)

a) CCM Hardware Service provides multi-algorithm, multi-coin cloud mining service based on cutting-edge technology.
أ) توفر CCM Hardware Service خدمة تعدين سحابية متعددة الخوارزميات ومتعددة العملات تعتمد على أحدث التقنيات.
b) The Device is assembled to carry out Crypto Currency Mining activities with multiple paid service options, our ultimate goal is to make mining for everyone a simple, smart, and profitable experience.
ب) تم تجميع الجهاز للقيام بأنشطة تعدين العملات المشفرة مع خيارات خدمة متعددة مدفوعة ، وهدفنا النهائي هو جعل التعدين للجميع تجربة بسيطة وذكية ومربحة.
Article 2: (Scope of the product)
المادة 2: (نطاق المنتج)
a) The Device has zero human interference while mining, it saves valuable time of customers and reduces mining stress.
أ) الجهاز لا يتدخل بشريًا أثناء التعدين ، فهو يوفر وقتًا ثمينًا للعملاء ويقلل من إجهاد التعدين.
b) Mining is Risk Free, as it does not depend on market conditions, where a Customer can expect profit on a Daily/ Hourly basis.
ب) التعدين خالي من المخاطر ، لأنه لا يعتمد على ظروف السوق ، حيث يمكن للعميل أن يتوقع ربحًا على أساس يومي / كل ساعة.
c) Once the Customer buys and installs the Hardware and setup through CCM Hardware Service, HE/SHE will get a personalized Dashboard to monitor the mining and Hardware updates.
ج) بمجرد شراء العميل للأجهزة وتثبيتها والإعداد من خلال CCM Hardware Service ، سيحصل HE / SHE على لوحة معلومات مخصصة لمراقبة عمليات التعدين وتحديثات الأجهزة.
d) The Customer will get Multi Wallet Feature, where HE/SHE can easily Convert Mined currency into any wallet.
د) سيحصل العميل على ميزة المحفظة المتعددة ، حيث يستطيع HE / SHE تحويل العملات المعدنية بسهولة إلى أي محفظة.
Article 3: (Service bounds)
المادة 3: (حدود الخدمة)
- CCM Hardware Service provides the Hardware setup with Lifetime Validity to carryout mining activities and the spare parts of Hardware device comes up with 6 months Guarantee and 1-year free services.
- توفر CCM Hardware Service لإعداد الأجهزة صلاحية مدى الحياة لأنشطة التعدين الجارية ، وتأتي قطع غيار الأجهزة بضمان 6 أشهر وخدمات مجانية لمدة عام واحد.
- Once the Hardware is purchased, no Refund policy is Applicable, in case of any damages, Replacement is applicable within 6months from the purchased date as warranty, after 6 months of warranty period, customer is liable to pay a cost to fix the damaged part of hardware.
- بمجرد شراء الجهاز ، لا تنطبق سياسة رد الأموال ، وفي حالة حدوث أي أضرار ، يكون الاستبدال قابلاً للتطبيق في غضون 6 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء كضمان ، وبعد 6 أشهر من فترة الضمان ، يكون العميل مسؤولاً عن دفع تكلفة لإصلاح الجزء التالف من الأجهزة.
- CCM Hardware Service Provides services to set up hardware devices in CCM Hardware Service or at customer’s desired place on the availability of export rights.
- توفر خدمة أجهزة CCM خدمات لإعداد الأجهزة في خدمة أجهزة CCM أو في المكان الذي يرغب فيه العميل عند توفر حقوق التصدير.
- Mining earnings are dependent on hardware efficiency. Hence, CCM Hardware service will not be responsible for earning potentials.
- أرباح التعدين تعتمد على كفاءة الأجهزة. وبالتالي ، لن تكون خدمة CCM Hardware مسؤولة عن كسب الإمكانات.
- CCM Hardware service hereinafter called as FIRST PARTY will not be held responsible, in case of any consequences during the withdrawal process of coins.
- خدمة أجهزة CCM المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم الطرف الأول لن تكون مسؤولة ، في حالة حدوث أي عواقب أثناء عملية سحب العملات المعدنية.
- Prospective customer hereinafter called as SECOND PARTY will raise the ticket on any sort of technical issues of purchased Hardware only, on which CCM Hardware Service will assign the IT personnel and resolve the glitches in stipulated timeline, and the same will be updated to the customer.
- العميل المحتمل المشار إليه فيما يلي باسم الطرف الثاني سيرفع التذكرة لأي نوع من المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالأجهزة المشتراة فقط ، حيث ستقوم CCM Hardware Service بتعيين موظفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات وحل مواطن الخلل في الجدول الزمني المحدد ، وسيتم تحديث نفس الشيء للعميل .
- Prospective Customer can reach CCM Hardware Service at any point of time if required the Hardware knowledge/ functional glitches resolution / further purchase or Up-gradation of Hardware product.
- يمكن للعميل المحتمل الوصول إلى CCM Hardware Service في أي وقت إذا لزم الأمر معرفة الأجهزة / حل مواطن الخلل الوظيفية / مزيد من الشراء أو ترقية منتج الأجهزة.
- This Hardware is meant to use by individuals who have purchased, hence sub-letting in whatsoever way is punishable offense considering the best interest of the company and will attract serious penalties and/or termination of MSA without any prior intimation and refund to the customer.
- هذا الجهاز مخصص للاستخدام من قبل الأفراد الذين قاموا بالشراء ، وبالتالي فإن التأجير من الباطن بأي طريقة يعتبر جريمة يعاقب عليها بالنظر إلى مصلحة الشركة وسيؤدي إلى عقوبات خطيرة و / أو إنهاء MSA دون أي إشعار مسبق واسترداد المبلغ إلى العميل .
- Once Hardware is purchased and set up, the customer will be liable to Pay 10% share to CCM Hardware service out of profits.
- بمجرد شراء الأجهزة وإعدادها ، سيكون العميل مسؤولاً عن دفع 10٪ حصة لخدمة CCM Hardware من الأرباح.
- Customer will be liable to pay these charges.
- سيكون العميل مسؤولا عن دفع هذه الرسوم.
- If the Customer Fails to pay the above charges once, CCM Hardware Service holds authority to Suspend the account. And if it is repeated for the second time, the Contract/ MSA will be terminated and the Account will be closed permanently without any official notice and No refund will be paid.
- إذا فشل العميل في دفع الرسوم المذكورة أعلاه مرة واحدة ، فإن CCM Hardware Service تحتفظ بسلطة تعليق الحساب. وفي حالة تكراره للمرة الثانية ، سيتم إنهاء العقد / MSA وسيتم إغلاق الحساب بشكل دائم دون أي إشعار رسمي ولن يتم دفع أي استرداد.
Article 3: (Mutual Signatory Process)
المادة 3: (عملية التوقيع المتبادل)
The Agreement is made of 2 Copies, where a copy thereof is kept following authentication by CCM Hardware Service and the 2nd copy will be provided to the 2nd Party to act accordingly.
تتكون الاتفاقية من نسختين ، حيث يتم الاحتفاظ بنسخة منها بعد مصادقة CCM Hardware Service وسيتم توفير النسخة الثانية للطرف الثاني للعمل وفقًا لذلك.
I acknowledge that I have read and do hereby accept the terms and conditions of the above agreement.
أقر بأنني قد قرأت شروط وأحكام الاتفاقية المذكورة أعلاه وأوافق عليها.
